Julie graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a degree in Economics and Mathematics with a minor in accounting. She has been in involved in real estate since 2017. She started out helping her family with their investments. Later, she joined a real estate team that focused on helping investors build their real estate portfolios.

Janeth Magno

Janeth holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Financial Management, and a Bachelor of Secondary Education. Her strong academic background equips her with the skills and discipline to confidently and precisely manage complex financial tasks.

She ensures accuracy in every transaction handled in AppFolio and QuickBooks, supporting seamless bookkeeping, reliable financial reporting, and efficient property management operations and oversight. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence, she consistently delivers trustworthy work.

In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors with friends and family, hiking, and participating in various water activities.

Vivian Amora

Vivian earned a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Financial Management. With specialized expertise in AppFolio accounting and a QuickBooks Online certification, she supports property management businesses in managing and streamlining their financial operations.

She ensures accuracy in every transaction she handles from financial statement reviews and bank reconciliation troubleshooting to recording receipts and preparing owner and tenant reports. Vivian also oversee tenant ledgers, property taxes and security deposit tracking. In addition, she handles client communications and insurance coordination. She approaches her work with consistency and care, helping clients maintain clear, organized, and reliable financial records.  


In her free time, she loves spending time by the sea with her family, finding peace and clarity in the sound of the waves and the calm of the ocean.
